Our best friend Rik is Cycling 250 miles (400km) from Reading to Penzance. He Starts in Reading tomorrow morning, stopping over at the half-way point, and then will finally arrive in Penzance on the evening of Friday 13th July. He is cycling the entire way on his own so if you are anywhere along the route please support him along the way! He’s a legend!
He has been reaching out to Guest Houses to support his need for accommodation during the cycle ride. Matt Martens of the Cornerways Guest House in Penzance has kindly donated the cost of the accommodation to Sophie’s treatment. www.cornerways-penzance.co.uk. Thank you Matt.
Big thank you to Anthony Porter from the Decathlon Store in Reading for donating some cycling equipment to Rik to help with the cycle ride. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/en/store?store_id=PS_UK_650.
A huge thank you to Harepath Holidays Ltd in Seaton, not only are they giving a room on Thursday night for free they are providing Rik with a packed lunch for the journey on Friday. Make sure you stay there if you’re ever in Seaton, South Dorset http://www.harepathholidays.com.
